THE BAR[RE] is proud to be offering barre, yoga and cardio classes 7 days a week to provide clients with a well rounded fitness schedule. Expect high repetitions of each movement to create long and lean muscles and build endurance. It is currently offered in a full minute class or a minute express class. The goal of B. Light is to leave your whole self feeling rejuvenated and empowered. Our all levels vinyasa flow classes are the perfect compliment to our well rounded schedule.
